Malika received her A.S. degree from Collin College, a B.S. in Communication Sciences & Disorders from Texas Woman's University, and her M.S. in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2010 and has worked in human services for municipalities, school districts, the State of Texas, and colleges and universities.
Supplemental training include intern assignments at Walt Disney World Resort in the Services for Guests with Disabilities department where she provided services to support resort accessibility for guests with disabilities. In addition, she gained experience at the National SafeCare Training and Research Center at Georgia State University working with evidence-based parenting programs dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and neglect.
Additionally, Malika has experience working with:

- Adults with intellectual disabilities
- Severe challenging behaviors
- Children and adults with autism
- Undergraduate students at risk for academic probation
- Childred with challenging behaviors in daycare/preschool settings
Additional skills include fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) with work experience as a certified ASL interpreter for school-age children as well as adults.

Lawrence graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.A. in Psychology and a concentration in Behavior Analysis in 2013. He has a passion for providing behavioral services with particular interest in data analysis and development of behavior intervention programming. In the future, Lawrence plans to become a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
Laura received her B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Health & Counseling from Emmanuel College in Boston, MA. She has experience working as a direct care staff member, a psychological assistant, and a psychiatry assistant in a residential facility for adults with developmental disabilities. Laura also has experience working with individuals with dual diagnoses such as autism, Prader-Wili syndrome, Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Intermittent Explosive Disorder. In the Future, Laura plans to earn a Master's degree in Special Education and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Sara received her undergraduate degree in Psychology, with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis, from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She then went on to receive her Master's degree in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2010; specializing in early autism intervention.
Sara's primary focus has been staff training as it related to early intervention for children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. She also has experience working with parents and caregivers of abused and neglected children, as well as working with children in school and community settings. Additionally, she has extensive experience overseeing senior level staff, including BCBAs, for multiple organizations providing evidence-based services, based on the principles of behavior analysis, for children diagnosed with autism.
Danielle graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She continued her education at Indiana University-Purdue University, Fort Wayne where she obtained a Master of Science in Counseling Education; from there she completed course work to obtain a Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Prior to her employment with Positive Enlightenment, she worked as an ABA therapist at a clinic in Indiana as well as working as mental health therapist at a residential treatment facility; to assist client's and their families in intervention to instigate behavior change to safe levels that permitted individuals to live safe and functional lives that best met their needs.
Jazz received his B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration on Health Fitness from the University of North Texas (UNT). During his tenure at UNT he gained experience working with children with disabilities through the University of North Texas Physical Activity Program which helped teach motor skills learned in both school physical education and home environments. Jazz also has a passion for all sports and experience as a Special Olympics volunteer.
Julie received her B.A. in Psychology from St. Edward's University in Austin, TX. She has experience working as a tutor for adolescents with autism and as a psychological assistant in a residential facility for individuals with developmental disabilities. Julie also has experience working with adults with various diagnoses such as autism, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Julie will be pursuing her Master's of Arts in Counseling at St. Edward's University in the Fall of 2013.
Matthew received his B.A. in Psychology from Southwest Texas State University and his M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi. His early work experiences include working as a Junior High and High School Special Education teacher, Director of the Facilitative Learning Center helping teachers, families, and students in implementing positive interventions to reduce challenging behaviors in the school setting. More recently, Matthew has worked as a Mental Health Clinician for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, as well as a Mental Health Specialist for a federal grant program that served four school districts. While working as an Associate-Psychologist at the Austin State Supported Living Center, Matthew completed the Applied Behavior Analysis program at the University of North Texas, and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2014.
Matthew's experiences include working with pre-adolescents and adolescents exhibiting severe challenging behaviors, learning disorders, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, Attention-Deficit Disorder, and students at risk for academic probation. He has helped develop treatment plans and provided counseling services for adults with co-morbid diagnoses, dual diagnoses, most Axis I/Axis II disorders, and developmental/intellectual disabilities.
